2001 – The year of Foundation of the company. «Neo-Angin N» (Klosterfrau, Germany) launch in Russia.
2002 – The first long-term contracts with representative offices of Nycomed (Norway) and Novartis Consumer Health (Switzerland).
2004 – A 5-year contract with Wörwag Pharma (Germany). The main objective: organization of work of the team of medical representatives in Russia. Over 70 employees in the company Wörwag Pharma went to school work in the company DENIS Pharm.
2005 – Representative office in Moscow was opened.
2007 – The first exclusive contract with the pharmaceutical company Dr.C.Soldan (Germany) (production of medical-preventive caramel) was signed. Rebranding of products. Achievements: an increase in turnover for the first year from EUR 60.000 to EUR 450.000.
2008 – Representative office was opened in Germany – DENIS Pharm International.
2010 – Strategic directions of activity were defined: to work as the exclusive distributor on the Russian market. To sign exclusive contracts with European companies. The basic principle: DENIS Pharm company’s portfolio contains only high quality, interesting and original products.
2012 – Representative office in Riga was opened.
2013 – Launch of representative office in Kiev.
